1. World number one Rory McIlroy announces he is being paid a fortune to use a new swing technique for the next 10 years. He will hit the ball with a swoosh.
2. McIlroy insists the swoosh technique is perfectly suited to demands of Augusta. He and Woods seem to prove this by sharing the halfway lead before Woods falters to a third-round 74. McIlroy's only concern is the precision of his short game and gaining a feel for how his new ball will react on the treacherous greens.

Wer kann damit etwas anfangen, ist damit nur der Deal gemeint dass Rory M. jetzt Nike "spielt" ? Eher nicht denn andererseits ist von swingtechnique /swooshtechnique die Rede, wobei es doch immer swooschen sollte, wenigstens bei Distanzschlägen.

Könnte sich auch bloß auf den Nike Ball beziehen, jedenfalls mehrdeutig, wie mir scheint.

Nikes Logo wird auch "swoosh" genannt. Das er mit Swoosh Technik spielen wird heißt nur, dass sein Ausrüster Nike sein wird.

Wahrscheinlich nur Werbung und Lärm um Nichts. Irreführend aber der Text, wenn es um "...use a new swing technique..." geht.
Wer glaubt dass die wirklich Nike spielen, dem ist ohnehin nicht zu helfen, ausgenommen die Bälle, die sind wirklich...
